In our team we have 30 years of experience in construction so we know how hard it is for a subcontractor to find a skilled worker, and at the same time how difficult it is for the worker to find a job at the right time and for the just pay. Talented construction specialists need to be made visible so that the right jobs would find the right people. We are here for the workers and we bring them jobs from honest companies.

What you’ll do:
  • Make market research of German companies hiring construction workers abroad and requirements regarding Visa processes
  • Collecting potential customer listings
  • Calling to potential customers to learn what kind of needs they have
  • Communicate tickets between sales, user verification and software development teams
  • Answer potential candidates in our Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Assist with creating marketing campaigns in German language
  • Be the face of Werk recruiting for workers and clients in the German market

  • Manage our product roadmap.
  • Define our strategy of product focus.
  • Design wireframes, system architecture and prototypes and define specifications for the product team.
  • Communicate with our customers and quickly test new product approaches.
  • Ensure that our product is consistent, simple and user-friendly for a traditional blue-collar industry.
What we’re looking for:
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer / Owner or showcase your strong portfolio of Product Owner / Designer work that you’re proud of.
  • Be able to work in a fast-pace environment with multiple changing factors.
  • Speak your mind clearly and confidently - we hire people who are smarter than us and we want to learn from you!
  • Bring in the knowledge of product tools and implement your preferred software across the teams.
  • Be familiar with AB testing.
